Hi my name is Keith, Ive been in construction for 30+ yrs. I have a job as a building superintendent in White plains NY. My wife and I are moving to danbury Conn. in February.
Im looking to start my REI Co. & Const. Co. as soon as we move, giving up my job and going full time as an investor, and doing rehabs for other investors.
1. I would love to hook up with a seasoned partner on a deal in that area.
2. I would also like to inquire with a wholesaler in that area.

I've been a master at solving construction issues for a long time, and would love to help anyone who is stuck in a tight spot.
