Should I become a realtor if i'm focused on becoming an investor?

Hello investors,

I'm primarily focused on becoming an investor and doing anything that promotes becoming an investor. (If worth the time spent) I'm considering on becoming a realtor but I'm not sure if it's worth it. I heard the education isn't as relevant but there are some gold nuggets (such as understanding the market). I see some realtors on here but it seems like they are focused on becoming a realtor.

I thought about getting the education and eventually leaving to join a smaller brokerage for mls reasons.

What are your thoughts on this?

Sincerely,

Brian Tran

@Brian Tran

Hey Brian, I don't have the answer for you.

But this is a good question.

It feels like most investors are either a realtor themselves or their partner is.

Have you heard of the website Privy.com?

Apparently, it gives investors a type of MLS access, without the real-estate license. But I'm not 100-percent.

Anyways, I can't wait to hear what the BP experts have to say.
