FHA and 203k loans .

Hello! Very new but ambitious for my family and my future. I want to buy another house here pretty soon. I want to use an FHA loan. Tell me why I should use an FHA to fund this next project. What's the down payment percentage? And can I use a 203k in conjunction with the FHA loan? Also what is a PMI (premium mortgage insurance)? Let me know what you find out. Thank y'all so much!
