First showing tomorrow multifamily
Going to look at my first multifamily tomorrow (2 unit) (I do plan to live there for a couple years). Very popular location with average rent being 1,100-1,300. One thing about this property is that it comes with extra lot that has been approved by the city to build. This makes it more appealing to me especially since I want to become a buy and hold investor. The multifamily is pretty pricey with the lot but I have a feeling it would be a good investment. Any tips please share.
Thank you
