Ventilation Activated - can I vent here?

Good afternoon,

I am currently a thermal and mositure protection junior estimator who is tired of my commute because road rage has side effects and work culture is important to me. My knowledge extends into the construction of commercial and industrial exterior facades and waterproofing. I would love to be a partner of a team that works together, achieves their goals and create exponential revenue with strategic approaches to any certain situation whether it's the purchase of a multifamily or the managing of subcontractors in a real estate project. Living in the Brooklyn, I see lots of opportunity to team up. I am ready to learn more about these opportunities and assist in any way possible! My commute is annoying!

Getting experience from my current position and my graphic design freelancing, I am available for the biggerpockets journey!
