Hello BP!

I am looking to start investing in my local area soon, and have begun the hunt for a good real estate agent as well as some reliable contractors. 

I was wondering if anyone would be able to give me some tips on the kinds of questions I should be asking an agent before I decide to work with them. How do I know they are an investor friendly agent?
