Good Afternoon everyone!

As a fellow newbie in REI, I wanted to make a post to motivate all the other newbies out there to not give up! Some of you are having trouble getting started, finding mentors, finding financing. Some others are just plain lost and confused. We must not give up though! Remember why you were interested in real estate in the beginning. Hold on to what you will accomplish by gaining your financial freedom! I know its not always easy to network, or market or find good deals. Some of you are thinking about quitting today. That was me yesterday, but I had to motivate myself to keep going. So I thought that through motivating someone else I could encourage myself as well! The best is yet to come newbies, keep grinding!
