Hi all, 

I am currently looking for a property in manhattan in which is large enough that I can create a 1 bed room flex. Any ideas on any neighborhoods in manhattan that may be facing some upside in the near future (5 years). Also, any opinions on condos vs. co-ops. Max budget is $600k.
