Rent Collection Methods

Hi Everyone, 

I have a few tenants and would like to switch to a more convenient/efficient way of collecting rents. Does anyone have any recommendations on websites to use for collection of rent or any other efficient methods? Looking forward to hearing your methods.

I use Cozy.co and erentpayment.com . Cozy is slow but reliable and free. Erentpayment is faster but costs $3. I let the tenant choose the method; if they use Erentpayment, they have to pay the $3 fee. Pretty much everyone I have uses the free setup at Cozy except for 1 tenant that I think is paranoid about doing drafts.
