Hi together,

I´m from Austria and here for a limited time in California. I think about to buy me a one house, because the house prices a in this time very interessting :-) I think about that I rent my house. But now I´ve one question. If I rent a house, must I pay some kind of tax for the renting? I think if I rent a house, is a kind of icome and I´ve to pay for this some kind of tax. Is this right?

Thanks for your answer.

Joe
