Hey y'all. I have purchased 11 units this year and have now been put on "hold" from my bank. They want me to sell one of my houses for a profit and then the will lend me money to buy another rental. However, I am not willing to sell a good rental yet. I am curious if anyone knows of some good lenders that are focused on rental properties. Any info is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

@Brad Coyne are you using conventional lending? why not use private or hard money lending? have you tried to make a spreadsheet with each unit you owned with its financials to attract private lenders? try using the biggerpockets calculators for the the spreadsheet
