Thank you BP people. Finally closed on my first investment property. Who would have thought it would take so long to get someone to take your money...lol. Now that im shifting all my energy from searching and analyzing to renting. I have bounced back and fourth between the idea of a property manger on myself handling the property. I know that everyone's situation is different but please feel free to share any opinions, advice, experience or reference material  that would help a newbie out.
