First Property Preparation

Hey guys, I would like to know if you have any ideas on things I should have prepared before I move into my first property which is a 4plex. I'll be house hacking it, and I'm coming straight from my parents house so I'm about as green as it gets to living on my own and managing properties.

Also, currently all three units are occupied and will be staying. I have read the BP Guide to tenant screening and have all of those forms to help use as a base to build off of.

Regarding what I'm looking for, is anything you can think of to have that will make my shift into property manager/landlord easier. Here are a few things I've thought of so far:

- Setup a Google Voice

-Buy a file cabinet
