Should I become a real estate investor to learn the business?
Hello Bigger Pockets,
I have been reading several real estate investing books. The common theme I come across, while reading these books is that the author is currently/use to be a real estate agent. I currently have one house that I rent with plans to buy 2 more this year. Should I become a real estate agent to gain experience and networking contact?
