Is there a low cost entry to start real estate investing in Ontario, Canada or do you need a large amount of money? I would like to know your experiences

@Ian Ramos

By definition, you need capital to "invest".

If you have no capital, you can get involved, learn, and, possibly, earn, by finding an investor and offering your services.   You need to find out what abilities you can bring to the table that will be of value to the investor and then pitch your involvement in exchange for the opportunity to learn.

If you have a little capital, you may be able to find a reputable, successful, investor and buy a slice of a project (flip or rental) in exchange for the opportunity to learn.

If you have a moderate amount of capital and a little experience, you may be able to partner with one or two others - or attract a financial partner - and purchase a small rental property.  Alternatively, you may find tired landlord and obtain a master lease on property as a whole, rent-out the individual units, and pocket the spread.

There are lots of ways to get involved with little capital ... you just need a little knowledge, a lot of determination, and the patience to start small and work your way into bigger things.
