Hello, My name is Jake. Im an aspiring investor in the Milwaukee and Madison Wisconsin area. I am currently living in a house I rent. I'm planning on taking on a roommate in the house to help save up money to begin investing. I am looking for advice about how to rent to a roommate and also what to watch out for. I have permission from the landlord to take on a roommate. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated. Thank you, Jacob Grant
