name/title on business checks?

I just finished reading "The Book on Tax Strategies for the Savvy Real Estate Investor" and wanted to open a checking account for my real estate business. We only have one property right now; it seems good to keep our business expenses separate. We do not have an LLC, though, and won't be opening one since the property can't be owned by an LLC.

My question:

What do you put at the top of your checks in this situation?  Just your name?  Name and a real estate name for clarity?

Thanks!

Debby
