CA Real Estate licence, important? and why?

Hi everyone in this wonderful BP community! i'm excited and thrilled to be here!!

I just recently started my journey to RE investing, i'm excited and committed to go all the way in and up. my main goal is more investing than wholesale.

my question is, how soon, if at all, is important to get a RE agent licence?

and why?
