Hello all,

Man this website is amazing!! I'm looking at some cash buyers to add to my database. My business partner/boss (The wife) and I have found some houses in Cobb and other surrounding areas. We are pretty aggressive and hungry!!!

Also anyone recommend any awesome hard lenders that will work with newbies such as us?
