Property Manager / Landlord / Investor Software

I am trying to gather information on what type of software everyone uses/recommends for setting up the accounting and management of their properties.

I have read a bunch of reviews...but I don't know what to believe.

I don't need to have the daily management software (what rents are late etc) as much as I want just the accounting side of it. The management company I use, provides me with a simple statement each month of rents and expenses. for each property.

I want the software to allow me to expand from the 6 units I currently own up to about 50 units I hope to own in a few years.

I want each unit to be under its own "department" or entity.

Anyone else suggest something I might be leaving out.

Thanks in advance for any/all suggestions.
