Hi everyone my name is Brenda and I recently just got the urge to start investing in real estate. I have two rental properties that my grandmother left me after she passed away this February. I recently moved to Dallas and am currently renting out my house in Laredo, TX as well so that would put me at 3 rental properties as of February 2016. After seeing the potential of this I want to take this to the next level. What are your recommendations for a newbie? I want to invest here in Dallas if possible but I know nothing about the industry. Where can I start? Where can I learn about what I need?
