closing deals
Hi I'm new to real estate, and would like to learn a little more about the closing process of a real estate deal, and another thing I would like to know is if I would like to use a realtor as my buying/closing agent how would that process also go? would I also have to be present in the office of the title company as well? or would it just be the closing agent, realtor, and cash buyer? or do I have that completely misunderstood?
