Hi Everyone,
I am looking for some recommendations for apps/ websites that will help me learn and get more in tune with both my local market (orange county, CA) as well as the national market.
Where are rates going? What is inventory looking like? What are the are people currently having the most success with? Etc.
I know this is very broad request, but my hopes are to find some good websites to read and go to for overall market/finance data (besides the bigger pockets website of course!)
