Interested In Wholesaling. Unsure How To Obtain Cash Buyers

Hello Bigger Pockets community,

I'm Jackie, a newbie investor, and I'm struggling with a common issue folks like myself seem to run into. Finding cash buyers. I feel like being a rookie is a detriment as I've run into a lot of brick walls so far.

Is there any strategy to obtaining cash buyers without experience or am I just stuck?

Hey Jacquelyn. Great question. The best way is going to REIA Meetings and networking. Another great way is going on to craigslist or backpage and going into the real estate for sale section and type in handy man special or even type in investment special. Even calling bandit signs on the side of the street and talking with wholesalers. It's a long process but it's quite easy because every investor wants a wholesaler on their team to bring them deals. Hope this helps.
