Hello, I'm just getting into Real Estate Investing and I have my first house under contract and should be closing in the next week or so 😁 it's a probate deal. The town I stay in has a lot of older houses , and has a lot of probate properties I went to the court house and got a few names and address from the probate clerk , what are some things I need to do and information I need to have mastered in order to close more deals like this !!
