Creating a map for your local market

I am just starting to look into real estate investing. I was going to create a 24in by 36in map of my local market which is Broward County here in south Florida. I was going to add the zip code break down and also the crime data from city-date.com. I plan on marking areas using the A, B, C, and D criteria that was discussed in the rental property book ( not finished with the book yet on chapter 10 right now). Should i try to included any other data? if so what? local investors in Broward county is their a map already with this information that i could send to local staples ?

Thank You

BTW this is my first post on biggerpockets so hopefully i created the post correctly
