Houston Auctions?
Hey everyone! I'm exploring alternatives to the MLS, and I've come across various types of auction websites: Homepath, Realtytrac, ForecloseHouston, Harris County Tax Sales, etc.
What is the difference between all these sites?
Are the listed properties unique to the site or can they be listed on multiple sites?
Which ones are worth exploring?
Are there other alternatives to the MLS that you've found success in?
Any guidance is appreciated, thank you in advance!

I haven't used the others, but homepath.com is exclusively for Fannie Mae properties and they will typically also be listed on the mls.
