Houston - Wealth Club 5 years to financial freedom course?

Hi Everyone, 

My husband and I are starting out on real estate investing in Houston, TX. We have 1 rental and done 1 flip.  We were interested in going to Wealth Club's course this weekend on 5 years to financial freedom. But at the heavy pricetag, wanted to see if anyone here has taken the course and what their thoughts were? Worth it or no?
