House Hacking-Philadelphia Area

I currently live with my parents as I finish up graduate school. I am looking to "house hack" and in a perfect world buy a 4 unit apartment complex with FHA. My questions for the forum are: 1. What are the pros and cons about this strategy? 2. Is there anything I should look out for? 3. Anyone do this strategy? 4. What are the best types of properties to accomplish this? Thank you for your time! Phil
