REI Grants?

Hey everybody! Does anyone know if it is possible to get a government grant to start a REI Business? I see sites all the time about how to obtain grants, but they are usually only a sales pitch for the "grantwriting" software. If anyone can point me in the right direction to something that is worth a shot, that would be great!

I'm not a free-loader, or looking for a free way to get started, but if there is something available, I won't turn it down either.
