NC investing
Hello all,
I just turned 21 and I now want to start investing in real estate, so as of now I am looking for mentors or just so advice. I do still go to college online but I also work for a company called Gtech who are partners with the NC lottery (No I don't know the winning numbers lol) but this job is great it allows me to work full time as well as to continue to do what I want. I have already shadow a real estate developer and it was great but I know to just straight into something like that would require a lot of capital! The lady I shadowed had land pasted to down to her from her father (over 2,000 acres of land I believe maybe more) so she was able to jump right into it. Whereas I am not at the point just yet. So if anyone of you guys have any advice or know any mentors that would like to take on a young hard working kid it would all be greatly appreciated.
