Pulling the Trigger

Lets talk REI,

I want to start off by saying this is the best social network in this day and age. You cannot learn such quality/educational information like this anywhere in the world! Not on FB, TWTR, IG! Thank you to all who help and give back by providing great advice to newbies like myself.

The one question I have if you can remember is, When you first started out what gave you the motivation to just jump right in and pull the trigger? What convinced you to go from sitting and learning to actually doing it and living it?

Hi Rico,

I started pre-bigger pockets, but some of the buy and hold, landlord books gave me the confidence that I could "do it"...

The books were like road maps to where I wanted to go and how to get there.. Four or so are listed in my Classics of Landlord Lit blog post (should find them free at the library) ..

Neat topic and best of luck!
