Angel Investors
Angel Investors
An “Angel” is a private lender who doesn’t know it yet. These individuals have money in low-interest bearing accounts, but prefer higher returns. Unlike hard money lenders, angels may offer attractive terms on little more than a handshake. Prepare a detailed investment proposal, then find an angel by advertising, networking at investment clubs, or sending a personal appeal to folks in wealthy neighborhoods.Open your eyes, wealthy people are everywhere.

Thank you. Angel Investors are everywhere, you just don't know who has money until you put your proposal out there.
My son recent raised $250,000 from 4 angels. He finished his commercial project, got a loan and paid the investors off at a great interest rate. The good thing is they are ready to invest again.
