Best job/career to learn about RE investing

@Aron Teran Working at a property management company can certainly help with exposing you to the landlording process. Being a real estate agent can help expose you to the acquisition and negotiation side of things. Working with a lender can help expose you to that side of things.
But you know what, working in any general business environment can help you learn things that will make you a better investor. I am a full time investor and agent now...but I was a part time agent for many years while I worked in healthcare full time. Working on the business side of healthcare helped me learned valuable skills like time management, negotiation, employee supervision, working with vendors, financial analysis,...all things that carry over to both my investing and agent business.
