Title or Leasing - Advice Please

Hello all!

I am VERY new to the site and overwhelmed with the info and knowledge everyone is sharing! So first off I want to say Thank You for being so generous and helpful, it's much less daunting as a newbie to have substantial resources available.

I would love to gain some insight from you all in regards to a potential job change. I am currently doing well in a job I am good at, but not passionate about. I see the bright future in real estate and am looking to gain knowledge and experience while still earning a paycheck and then breaking free down the road. I see two jobs available locally, one is at a Title company and the other is as a Leasing Agent. In your experience/opinion which position would give me the best knowledge and contacts to succeed down the road?

Thank you!

Andrew
