A Boost Of Confidence

Hello Everyone,

I've been on a mission for the past 2 years. I quit my job and started my own production business which didn't work out so well. The last year I've been studying real estate and it all started when I read the book Money master the game by Tony Robbins. Through out this ride (journey) Ive had a business partner and lately my thoughts are is this Business partner a good partner for me? We've been friends and started down the same path 2 years ago. We have known each other 4 years now and I saw hope (see Hope) He reads a lot but actions steps are missing tremendously. I'm beginning to think my emotions are more in the way than my Business Mind frame. At this point in moment He has enough going where he can invest in a Rental Property, and the opportunity is not being taken which makes me wonder whats stopping him and the fear is money. Any suggestions or steps for me to take to change or make the right decision would help a lot. Sorry if I sound like I'm venting but this has been heavy on my mind for the past 3 months.

If there is anyone In the Long Island area who would Like to meet up personally please don't be afraid to ask and help a young motivated individual make the right decision.

Thanks everyone on Bigger Pockets You Guys Rock!
