So after two weeks of REIA Meetings I decided there is nothing to it but to do it. I do think everyone needs some help and a mentor but sometimes these prices are just ridiculously expensive. Then your still expected to pay for your ow marketing. So I ask, what am I paying you for? Either way I decided instead to send out my first mailing. I have been to a few "guru" meetings in the past two weeks and without buying a thing I pieced together what was said, put together what I think is a pretty good flyer usung a lot of "you" and not "I".

I used click to mail to send out my postcards to 1300 non owner occupant that have owned there houses at least 10 years and they all live out of state. Yes it did cost me marketing dollars but I thought that was better than the "guru". My question is what do I do while I wait on responses. Do I start another list? Do you think that kind of list will be okay? I know it's a numbers game so how long should I wait before I send out another postcard to this same list? I have started my LLC, have my social media up and running, website with Investor Carrot. I have been driving for dollars with minimal success. Also practicing "role play" for my first call. What's next?.......
