Hello everyone!

It's been awhile since I been on these forums. I have not been active on these forums as I started a cleaning business and that took over my life for a bit.

Now that I have it running smoothly, I'm looking to get back into real estate.

I just don't know where to start!

My first two options are these.

1) Do real estate here in the states.

2) Do real estate in europe (Malta)

If I do it here, I would have more control over it. However, I'm not sure what route I would like to take. I like the ideal of flipping, for short term income then move onto something more long-term. My question for this, is flipping still going strong? I have talked with a few investors and they all seem to say it's "Saturated" here (Long Island, N.Y).

If I do it in europe, I would have less control, but will have family helping me. My idea for there is to get a waterfront apartment and rent it out via Air bnb. I have checked and asked, and many people do Air bnb there. It's a very big tourist destination right in the heart of the mediterranean. A good thing is, there are no property taxes and everything is much cheaper then it is here in the states. PLUS it seems like traveling abroad is getting more and more popular for many living here in the states.

What are your thoughts and opinions? any advice would be great!

Thank You
