Probate Real Estate Investment 101

I am new here and my niche is Probate Real Estate Investing. I would like to see some successful Real Estate Investors feedback. At a high level, please let me know how you got started? Do you need to be Real Estate Investor certified? What about registering with BBB? Is that necessary? Lessons Learned?

Where can I find Probate Real Estate (Contracts) templates to get letters out to Lawyers and Executor, once I obtain a list?  What kind of conversation should I have if a title company lawyer contact me to discuss "What I do" I know that piece is a no brainer---but I am absolutely new to this business. I am fired up and want to get this going. Any resources would be helpful.
