Hi, My name is Dontae. I'm 19 years of age and first off I wanna ask how's everyone's REI going? I am posting this because as of now I feel like I can go out and start wholesaling today, but I can learn faster than the average person my age. I've been this way my whole life but sometimes people have to go through things to realize the big picture of your life. Basically I am looking for someone who's successful in wholesaling in the Philadelphia area and is willing to pass down some knowledge and technique to a young black man who's willing to give whatever it takes to be successful.....PERIOD I've watched webinars, read literature, and also I've been following Mark Whitten's tips & Jay "MrRealEstate" Morrison's online courses.
