Hello guys! This is my first first post. I am a Realtor out of Northern Ca.  Wanting to share with you that buying and selling Real estate is and always will be a gold mine. That every market is an investing opportunity. That real estate is not about how to get rich quick? "But instead, more about how to get rich and retire!" That you can incorporate buy and hold strategies, that wholesaling from time to time can be beneficial if not for the sole purpose of networking with other investors? That investing in real estate does not have to be a competition, but instead about a shared vision. In layman's terms,  I always practice and make use of an ideology. And that is, "one mans junk can be another mans treasure"? That if you discipline yourself to a set of business principles, that success will come.  So fellow investors let me know your thoughts on your visions.....
