How to choose a CPA

My wife and I are in the final steps of closing on our first investment property.  It's a modest duplex with projected positive cash-flow.

We'd like to shop for a CPA but not too sure what to look for other than whether they have Real Estate experience and if we can find any customer reviews on them.  I have a basic understanding of accounting and would feel fine with book-keeping, but beyond that I need professional help.

Does anyone have a system or at least suggestions on what we should look for when interviewing the CPAs?
