Hi,

My partner and I are thinking about starting a business in Nevada to save on taxes.

We both are California residents - what are the pitfalls and advantages? Getting confusing info on the net. Please advise. Thank you.

Aniko

@Aniko Lona if you plan to invest out of state, form it there, your nv llc is pretty useless. NV WY UT Delaware good states for anonymity, only if you want to hide, but you need to register it as a foreign corp when you do business in another state.
