Teenager starting out in Maryland
Hi my name is Nathaniel. I am 17 and I currently am a senior in high school. I do not like the idea kf college and getting a job and getting enough for a comfortable life. I am looking to start out entreprenuership in real estate, specifically wholesaling. I have been doing research here and was in a class that teaches real estate starting out by Nick Ruiz and that actually helped a lot, and wasnt a waste of money actually. My problem is im 17 and wondering if legally i can start out selling, cause i dont want to wait till August to start i did some research and if i understand correctly i can sign a contract but cant be forced to hold it, but i have no reason to back out, and if need be, i can have my parents sign, but if not, do you have any advice you could give me to make it easier. I do have a part time job so i do have some income to start out, but not much.
