i havent  posted in a while now. but anyways i have an appointment tuesday with a loan officer to see what my options are to get my first rental property. So i'm extremely nervous. Im not sure if i should check if i have equity in my home or if i should just use some money i have for a down payment that i have saved up. Im not sure what would benifit me the most right now since im just starting out. is there any specific questions that a veteran investor would ask if you were in my position. im trying to find some help so i feel more confident in myself when i get there and dont sound like i dont know anything. i have been reading books on rental properties also read the art of war and im ready to overcome my fears and jump in.
