The simple life?

As a married man with a horde of kids Id like to make sure I am supporting them financially and yet being able to spend as much time with them as I can.

Can someone of you suggest a better direction in the Real Estate fields that would provide this.  I am learning there is more to this than I thought very quickly!

Myself I love the challenge of a good sale I find it very exciting and rewarding.  I am nearing 40 theae days and have spent most of my life in salws, IT and customer service.  I seem to gave a nack for sales so for the first time in my life I'd like to real take that big step.  Any advice or suggestions on which avenues to research more would be greatly appreciated.
