Hi Everyone,

I tried looking around the forums for a clear answer but no luck. Where do people usually go to check the areas real estate prices? Is there some site/company that tracks all the prices in the USA? Or do you usually jut use zillow and see check the prices that other properties in same neighborhood have sold for in the past months/year? What is the good amount of research here that you go by?
