Newbie on the block
Hi all,
So I am interested in investing in Real Estate as soon as possible. I've done research about investing in real estate...etc. However, I am looking for a clean, step-by-step process on how to execute all of the research. I am interested in the Chicago area. What did you do to get started?

Locate and attend 3 different local REIA club meetings great place to meet people gather resources and info. Here you will meet wholesalers who provide deals and all the cash buyers (rehabbers) you will need.
