Making the best of your advertising dollars

Hello,

I am looking for some great and unique ideas on how to advertise in my market.  I have put out a few bandit signs, but have not had any hits.  I also use Craigslists and similar sites to find properties and to let others know that I have a house for sale.  However, I feel that the message that I put on the bandit signs is not really effective.  Does anyone have any great ideas for a seller bandit sign??
