NC Wholesaling Items to get started

I have a couple of leads that I am working on though I need a couple of things to move forward:

1- Does anyone know if Greensboro, NC requires a double-closing or just a regular closing for wholesale deals?

2- Assignment contracts...Does anyone have an example of an assignment contract that can be used in NC? I read a couple of posts on here regarding the contracts and I found a couple of contracts on here, though I am not sure if they are applicable to NC. Can anyone point me to a contract I can use? and possible see an example on how to complete it?

3- Can anyone recommend a good ecsrow/title company in Greensboro, NC?
